Once designs and material/stone selections are finalised, we’ll provide a formal quote. We can assist with appliance selection and arrange delivery (either to us or directly to site for freestanding items). Our experience ensures this stage is straightforward and stress-free.

We coordinate delivery and installation, organising all reliable and respectful trades. We make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

After benchtop installation and all final electrical/plumbing connections, we perform a detailed walkthrough to ensure every element is finished to the highest standard.

We provide ongoing support and maintenance guidance, including our seven-year warranty coverage and care instructions.
